Billing FAQ
Trial, subscription, refunds, cancellation, comp accounts.
What's the price?
€29 base + €5 per unit per month, billed monthly. Minimum 3 units. All features included — no PRO / ULTIMATE tier. Cancel any time.
Annual prepay gets you 15% off (paid upfront, single invoice).
How long is the trial?
14 days, free, no card required to start. The trial banner shows the countdown in the back office.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you've added a card during the trial, Stripe automatically charges your first subscription invoice and you continue without interruption.
If you haven't added a card, you enter a 7-day grace period — the app still works, but the trial-expired banner gets more prominent. After grace, write actions get blocked (you can still read everything; you can export your data; you can add a card to unblock instantly).
How do I add a card?
Two paths:
- Click Add card in the trial banner — one click, takes you straight to Stripe Checkout
- Open Settings → Plan & billing and click Add card there
Either way, you can subscribe mid-trial without being double- charged — Stripe holds the charge until your original trial end date.
How do I update my card later?
Settings → Plan & billing → Manage in Stripe. Opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment method, see invoices, download receipts, cancel.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe automatically retries 3–4 times over 3 weeks. We email you with a link to update your card the first time it fails — you only get one email per 24h even if Stripe retries multiple times in a row. The in-app banner stays up until you fix it.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Plan & billing → Manage in Stripe → Cancel. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don't bill you again. You can export your data anytime from Settings → Your data.
Do you offer refunds?
Within the first 14 days of paying (separately from the trial), yes — email us and we'll refund in full. After that, partial refunds are case-by-case; we don't charge cancellation fees.
What about taxes / VAT?
All prices are quoted VAT-exclusive. EU-registered businesses with a valid VAT number pay no VAT (reverse charge). Non-EU businesses pay no VAT either.
