Bookings

Adding rooms and setting prices

Configure your inventory + nightly rates from the property page.

Your property has units — that's what guests book. Rooms in a hotel, apartments in a residence, the whole house in a villa. Each unit has a name, a capacity, and a base price.

Adding units

  1. Go to Properties → click your property
  2. Scroll to Rooms and click Add unit
  3. Fill in: name (e.g. "Suite 12"), unit type (Standard / Suite / Deluxe), floor, capacity, base nightly price
  4. Save

You can also create rooms in bulk using batches — e.g. "Room 1 through Room 10, type Standard, capacity 2, price 80€".

Setting nightly prices

Every unit has a base price. Override it per date from the rates calendar:

  1. Open Property → Rates
  2. Click and drag to select a date range on a unit's row
  3. Choose Set price from the menu and enter the new amount
  4. We push the new price to your connected channels automatically within a few seconds

Blocking dates without booking them

Same drag-select, but pick Block dates. Common reasons: maintenance, owner stay, deep clean. Blocked dates appear as unavailable on every OTA.

Rate plans (non-refundable, long stay, etc.)

Each unit can have multiple rate plans — Non-refundable, Long Stay, Flexible. Each plan is a percentage offset from the base price. Bookings carry the rate plan they were sold on, so you always know which deal a guest is on.

Rate plans sync from your channel manager when you import — you don't usually need to create them manually.
