Inviting property owners
Give owners read-only access to their property's statements + occupancy.
If you manage properties for other owners, each owner can get their own read-only portal — they see their property's bookings, occupancy, and monthly statements without seeing the rest of your business.
Sending an owner invite
- Open Properties → [the property]
- Scroll to Owners → click Add owner
- Enter their name + email; optionally attach a contract (PDF) and a commission percentage
- Send
Owner gets an email with a link to set their password. After accepting, they land in their portal at /owner — completely separate from your back office.
What they see
- Their property (or properties — one owner can have several)
- The booking calendar — read-only
- Monthly statements (gross revenue, OTA commissions, expenses, payouts due)
- Their own profile + password
What they don't see
- Anything about your other properties
- Your channels, your inbox, your billing
- Other owners' data
- Guest contact details (privacy)
Statements
Statements are generated monthly per property per owner. They snapshot the numbers at generation time, so editing a booking after the fact doesn't retroactively change a statement that's already been sent.
Multiple owners per property
Supported. Each owner has their own contract and commission. The statements split revenue between owners according to each contract's terms.
