Inviting your team

Add front desk, housekeeping and reservations users.

Add front desk, housekeeping, reservations and accounting users to your workspace. Each invite goes out as an email with a magic link.

Sending an invite

  1. Open Team from the sidebar
  2. Click Invite member
  3. Enter the email and pick a role (see below)
  4. Send

The invitee gets an email with a link to set their password. Link is valid for 7 days; if they miss it, click Resend invite on their pending row.

Roles

  • Manager — full back-office access (bookings, calendar, channels, settings, billing). For you + your deputy.
  • Staff — scoped to a department (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, F&B, Concierge, Accounting). Sees only what matters to their job.

What "department-scoped" actually means

A Housekeeping staff member sees:

  • The housekeeping board (full access — change statuses)
  • The bookings list (read-only, so they know who's checking in / out)
  • Their own profile

They don't see: billing, channels, owner statements, the inbox, etc. The product surface narrows with the role.

Removing someone

On the Team page, click the member, then Remove. Their access ends immediately. Their action history stays attached to bookings + status changes for audit.
